Hi!
We're Passive House self builders living in East Dereham, Norfolk.
We searched for land in Norfolk for over 2 years and then had a lightbulb moment - why not build in our (very large) garden?
So we are building a new access road through the site of the current garage, opening up a large plot for a single-storey new home.
We are very interested in living (and building) sustainably, hence our interest in Passive.
